Start the Simulation Paused

If you want to start the simulation in a "paused" state, change the GLOBAL_PROP_START_PAUSED property in the CoreControl extension (included in the Runtime extension collection) from False to True as shown below. Note that you will first need to create a new runtime extension collection (as described in this wiki page: Deploying New Runtime Extension Collection) since you cannot make changes to the standard Runtime extension collection.
