Revoking Licenses Using Manual Process

To manually revoke a license:

1. On the computer from which you wish to revoke the license, start the KnowBook Admin application (Start menu -> Programs -> <Product Name> -> Administration -> KnowBook Admin).

The Components License Manager dialog box appears:

2. In the Order Status column of relevant products, select Revoke. To Revoke all the license packages click the button Revoke Machine:

3. Click the Manual Process button:

4. In the confirmation dialog box that appears, click Yes:

5. A Save As dialog box appears.

6. Provide a name for the file and save it to your local hard drive. The file extension will be SLR (SimiGon License Revoke).

7. Please send the file to SimiGon Support (support@SimiGon.com).
