Resetting the SIMbox SDK Add-In
To reset the SIMbox SDK Add-In when the SDK Wizard toolbar is grayed out.
a. Use Tools->Add-in Manager to open the following dialog, and uncheck the SIMbox SDK Add-In row.
b. Click OK, and do it again but this time check it. This action will “reset” the add-in.
