Error 4000 when logging-in to KnowBook

The problem:
Getting an Error 4000 message while loggin-in to KnowBook.
The solution:
Make sure the SQL Server (KNOWBOOKI) service has started:
Go to Start -> Run. Type services.msc and click OK.
Find the service called SQL Server (KNOWBOOKI). Right-click on it and choose Start.
Try logging-in again to KnowBook.
