Performance Improvements & Resolved Issues in Hotfix #81628, (for SIMbox version 5.5.1)

Simulation
- New Capability
  - Enable binding DMT and VoIP network to a specified network adapter
- Resolved Bugs
  - Intercom no longer interferes in radio PTT transmissions
  - VBR:
    - Correct playbacks are played when "sliding" back and forward in the simulation
    - Non related events no longer appear in the events list

LMS
- Major Performance Improvements
  - External Services API – performance improvements (memory consumption)
  - Enable binding DMT and VoIP network to a specified network adapter
  - Improved master-slave sync
  - Improved reports performance
  - Improved memory consumption while performing a "1st login sync"
  - Decreased by half the required bandwidth for downloading/uploading of files
- Resolved Bugs
  - Single Sign-on: Active Directory users with a dot (.) in the user name can now login and execute items via the web access application
  - Web Access: All information is saved when exiting an item using the X button of IE window
  - Active Directory Sync no longer fails after removing users from a synced group
  - Servers sync no longer fails when there are synced objectives and non-syncing objectives subject
