Hotfix 77195

New features in hotfix #77195 (for SIMbox version 5.5.1)

Requirement 75516 - Have the ability for students to see the instructor, classroom and students for each item.

Instructors have an easier way to view the list of attendees for a specific activity in the client application. A new ‘Attendees’ tab was added to the Scheduled Activity page showing the list of users and groups that are part of that activity.

The same Schedule Activity page is now also available on the WebAccess. Instructors and students can now view the list of attendees and the list of resources for a specific activity. Double-click on the activity (from the Calendar or from the Items tab in the Today view) while holding the Ctrl key to open the Schedule Activity page.

Requirement 76183 - Ability to see the list of users for each activity in the Course Preview Page.

The course preview page now shows the list of attendees and groups that are assigned to each activity.

Requirement 76347 - Calendar tab - Right-click on an item to have the options for 'Clear all resources' and 'Clear all attendees' which would remove all resources and attendees respectively.

A ‘Clear all resources’ menu item was added to the ‘Resources’ menu of a specific activity while editing a course. This will remove all resources that are associated to the selected activity.

In addition, an ‘Attendees’ menu was added to the menu giving the options to include/exclude members that are part of the course, to clear all attendees from the activity and an easier way to open the dialog that allows you to select attendees for the selected activity.

  • Objectives are now sorted alphabetically in the feedback form
  • Course activities that have been renamed while editing a course are now displayed with the activity name in the KnowBook Today

  • The report includes only the attendees selected in the report wizard
• LMS:
  • Comments from learner are now displayed by a package only if the Sharable Content Object (SCO) is resumed
