Show Only Selected Component in CEL

Sometimes it is convenient to hide all the display components except for the selected component in Console Editor Live (CEL). For example, if you're working on an Multi-Function Display (MFD) page, you probably don't want all the rest of the MFD pages to show at the same time. This is because other components might cover up or clutter your component.

Below is an example of an MFD with all components displayed. Some menus are hidden by the map, and the button labels are hard to read because they all show up at once:


To hide all components except for the one that's currently selected, click the Options button on the toolbar in CEL and uncheck Show all Console Components as shown below:


Now only the component you have selected will display. In the example below we are only showing the MfdMenu COC; all others are hidden.
