Manually Generate Logs

To manually generate logs to send to support

1. Save application and system log files from Event Viewer:
2. For each log file, do the following:
   Go to Start Menu -> Run -> type eventvwr and click Enter.
   From the event viewer for each log, right click on the log and select "Save log file as..."
